PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

As a neutral fertilizer, urea is suitable for all kinds of soil and plants. It is easy to store, easy to use, and has little destructive effect on the soil, making it a chemical nitrogen fertilizer that is used in large quantities and the one with the highest nitrogen content. Industry uses ammonia and carbon dioxide to synthesize urea under certain conditions.

Urea can be used to produce a variety of compound fertilizers.

It can be used in large quantities as the raw material for the production of melamine, pulse aldehyde tree cool, hydrated trap, tetracycline, phenobarbital caffeine, reduced brown BR, phthalocyanine blue B, phthalocyanine blue BX, monosodium glutamate and many other products.

For dry steel, stainless steel chemical polishing has a brightening effect, used as a corrosion inhibitor in metal pickling, also used in the preparation of activation solution.

Urea is used as a raw material for the manufacture of urea-formaldehyde resin, polyurethane, melamine-formaldehyde resin, urea is heated to 200 ° C to generate a solid state of trichloroacetic acid (i.e., cyanuric acid). Derivatives of cyanuric acid such as trichloroisocyanuric acid, sodium dichloroisocyanate, tris(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate, tris(allyl) isocyanurate, tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) isocyanate isocyanuric acid triglycidyl ether, and cyanuric acid melamine complex have many important applications. The first two are new disinfectant, bleaching agent, trichloroisocyanuric acid world production capacity of more than 80,000 t. Used in combustion exhaust denitrification of selective reductants, as well as automotive urea, which consists of 32.5% of high-purity urea and 67.5% of deionized water.

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) exhaust aftertreatment is through the ammonia produced by the pyrolysis reaction of urea in the combustion exhaust to carry out selective catalytic reduction reaction with the nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the automobile exhaust, which is the key and mainstream technology to reduce the harmful NOx in the combustion exhaust of combustion boilers and diesel engines.
