PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Tartaric acid, an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H6O4, is mainly used as a whitening agent, food additives, but also as a preservative, freshness preservative and color protection agent.

It is an organic acid, also known as Trigonellic acid, Bow acid, is an organic acid with antibacterial effect produced by glucose aerobic fermentation by Candida Curvularis at 30~32℃, chemical formula C6H604, molecular weight 142.11, CAS No.: 501-30-4, density 1.1712. Trigonellic acid crystals are prismatic, acicular, and colorless. Tretinoin is soluble in water, alcohol, acetone, slightly soluble in ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, pyridine, insoluble in most other solvents. Triglyceride is unstable to light and heat, the concentration of 0.5% of the solution of Triglyceride in different pH 100 ℃ treatment 3h or sunlight irradiation for 5h, the results in the range of pH5~7 solution becomes yellowish ~ yellowish-brown, while in pH4 is not much change.

USAGE

Food additive. As a food preservative, its performance is more ideal than sorbic acid, and it can be used in whitening cosmetics and whitening food. It can be used for pest control and crop yield enhancement. Triglyceride can be used as a raw material for the production of cephalosporin antibiotics. Triglyceride can be used as a raw material for flavoring and the manufacture of larch cortex and ethyl larch cortex. In addition to its wide range of applications in food processing, Triglyceride also has good beauty effects of spot removal and whitening.
