PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Water reducing agent is a kind of concrete admixture that can reduce the water consumption of mixing under the condition of maintaining the slump of concrete basically unchanged. Most of them belong to anionic surfactants, there are lignin sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde polymer and so on. After joining the concrete mixture, it has a dispersing effect on the cement particles, which can improve its workability, reduce the water consumption per unit and improve the fluidity of the concrete mixture; or reduce the amount of cement per unit and save the cement.

Appearance form is divided into aqueous agent and powder. The solid content of aqueous agent is generally 20%, 40% (also called mother liquor), 60%, and the solid content of powder is generally 98%.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

It is suitable for pumping or normal concrete projects with strength grade C15~C60 and above. It is especially suitable for the preparation of high durability, high fluidity, high slump-proof, high strength and high appearance quality requirements of concrete projects. For the preparation of high fluidity concrete, self-compacting concrete, clear water finish concrete is extremely favorable.

Ordinary water reducing agent should be used for concrete construction above 5℃ of the lowest daily temperature. High-efficiency water reducing agent should be used in the construction of concrete with the lowest daily temperature above 0℃, and it is suitable for the preparation of large flowability concrete, high-strength concrete and autoclaved concrete.
